What’s the Best Appetite Suppressant? Turns out it’s not a One Size Fits all Solution

Finding the best appetite suppressant pill isn’t a one size fits all solution. You have side effects to contend with, and some herbal appetite suppressants don’t work as well for some as they do for others.

Keeping that in mind there are three main appetite suppressants you can choose from. Two are herbal based, being Hoodia Gordonii and Callaruma Fimbriata, the other is a la formulated product known as Phentramin-d.

With a bit of research you can find success stories for everyone of these appetite suppressants, so which one is the best appetite suppressant? The answer to that question can be different for each individual, but we’re going to go through each one and show you the pros and cons of each to help you make the right decision.

Phentramin-d:

phentramin-d bottle imagePhentramin-d is a lab formulated appetite suppressant pill containing Dimethyl-pentylamine-hydrochloride and Trimethylxanthine. The goal of Phentramin-d (developed by Lazarus Labs) was to model an appetite suppressant after Phentermine (a prescriptoin based Diet pill and Appetite suppressant).

It claims to mimic the effects of Phentermine and Adipex, both prescription drugs, without requiring consumers to have a prescription. Results from Phentramin-d have been great from research done across diet forums, blogs and social communities. Of course there are side effects that go along it.

Sleeplessness, increased heart rate and headaches are just a few of the potential side effects those taking Phentramin-d might experience. How ever the benefit is that this scientifically formulated appetite suppressant pill works.

Is it the best appetite suppressant? For someone who wants results even if it means dealing with side effects then it likely is.

Hoodia Gordonii:

hoodia gordonii bottle image If you haven’t heard of Hoodia as an appetite suppressing diet pill you must be living under a rock. This has likely been the most hyped herbal diet supplement of the last decade. Does it work? Like Phentramin-d there are lots of user comments across the web stating they’ve had success with Hoodia Gordonii, how ever you have to take it with a grain of salt because when a product like this becomes popular it can spur a lot of unethical marketing, including false claims of success.

A benefit of Hoodia Gordonii is that side effects are minimal. Since it’s a herbal appetite suppressant pill there’s less chance you’ll have an adverse reaction to it. On the down side you have to take a lot more of it each day to get worth while results.

Depending on the quantity of Hoodia in the appetite suppressant pill you take you may need to take between 4 and 6 pills each day.

People who like the idea of taking a herbal weight loss pill should probably stick to either Hoodia, or the next appetite suppressant we’re going to look at. Is it the best appetite suppressant? No, I don’t think so. Phentramin-d has produced better results, but Hoodia has the herbal one up on Phentramin.

Caralluma Fimbriata:

caralluma fimbriata imageLike Hoodia Gordonii Caralluma Fimbriata is a 100% herbal appetite suppressant. Based on initial research I believe that Caralluma will over take Hoodia to become the best appetite suppressant in the herbal market. Why is that? Well it appears to be a lot more potent at suppressing appetite then Hoodia.

Here’s a quick comparison:

Two herbal appetite suppressants Hoodia Gordonii Plus and Caralluma Burn. You’re required to take only one Caralluma burn appetite suppressant pill each day, while you would take 3-6 Hoodia Gordonii Plus capsules to supposedly meet the same level.

If you’d prefer to take a herbal diet pill then Caralluma Fimbriata is probably the best appetite suppressant for you. The down side to herbal products is they can respond differently for each person, so while it may suppress my appetite well it may just slightly provide hunger relief for you. Which brings me back to where we started this article.

Phentramin-d is probably the best appetite suppressant, in terms of how well it suppresses your appetite not taking into consideration anything else. As mentioned, if you’re not keen on a scientifically formulated diet pill I’d suggest you try Caralluma Burn, it’s probably the best appetite suppressant from the herbal market.

A few Points to Remeber:

No matter what appetite suppressant pills you use you need to ensure you’re meeting your daily caloric intake. Since suppressing your appetite can cause you to forget to eat it’s important that you make sure you’re getting your daily require calories.

Also, incorporate exercise into your over all weight loss plan. The best appetite suppressants will curb your urge for snacks in the middle of the afternoon you should strive for an over all healthy balance lifestyle, and not just depend on diet pills to maintain an ideal weight.
